  • What program is recommended for my child?
    Our classes are categorized by age and dance style. We recommend selecting your student’s age group and energy interest. Our class descriptions are listed on our website along with an example of that style of dance.
  • What is the duration of your programs?
    KickStart & SideKicks Programs run 80-minutes weekly September through May Most Rockstar-Advanced classes run 45 minutes weekly September though May We follow the GPPS calendar and are closed for some holidays and breaks.   • What is the investment for your programs?
    There is an $55 Registration, and the annual tuition is broken down into 9 monthly payments. The Registration Fee and first month’s tuition is required to secure your enrollment. A $98 Costume Fee (per performance class) will be charged on September 15. Proper brand and style dancewear and shoe investments should be considered.   • Can I watch classes?
    The studio is reserved for Staff and Students Only. This is for the students safety. Students must be dropped off and picked up from the studio door. Family can observe all KickStart, SideKicks, and some RockStars classes through our online platform “Kercheval Konnect” from our website. Families will receive an email with this information prior to the start of the season.
  • Is there a performance?
    Yes! Our annual Showcase will take place in May at Warren Woods Middle School. Each Showcase runs about 80 minutes, and the students will have another week of class following the Showcase to celebrate their progress over the season.
  • Are there other details I need to know about the Showcase?
    The Showcase Theme will be revealed in December, and the Showcase Costumes will be revealed in January. All costumes will be distributed in February and should be kept in a secure place until the Showcase. Showcase Tickets will go on sale online in April, and we will have a Costume Week at the studio the week prior to Show Week. Studio families will also receive details and helpful video tutorials as we get closer to the spring.
  • What does it mean when I am on a waiting list?
    The class you wish to register for is currently full, and your student is on the waiting list. You will be contacted when a spot becomes available in that class. We are also happy to assist you in registering for an available program or contact you if we are able to create additional classes.
  • I signed up for class but need to withdraw. Are there refunds?
    Tuition, Fees and other payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
